$33.26- $49.89 an hour - Full-Time, 30 hours, Days and On Call Coverage with 30 minute response time.
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - for Imaging & Interventional Radiology- to provide quality, evidence-based practice, direct patient care in Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, US, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging departments.

Qualifications
• ICU / IR experience required.
• Valid Colorado Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS certification required by end of conditional period.
• BLS required by end of conditional period.
Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care in conformance with current recognized nursing practice, procedures, policies and established standards of care.
• Enhance the quality and timeliness of patient care by working cooperatively with other personnel.
• Review all pre-procedural tests to assure patient safety. Incomplete or unusual findings are reported to the radiologist and documented prior to procedure.
• Starts IV's and access and discontinue access of Ports.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously for immediate recognition, interpretation and management.
• Administer intravenous sedatives for procedural/moderate sedation and titrate medications.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication with staff and physicians.
• Assist Anesthesia during MRI Sedation cases.
• Monitor and assist pacemaker patients during MRI exams.
