You will also experience:nnStructure Development over a 12 week program including (starting on 05/21/2025- 08/13/2025):nnProfessional SkillsnnBusiness AcumennnSpeaker SeriesnnConsistent Feedback and EvaluationnnNetworking with other interns and adept professionalsnnDiverse, inclusive, and innovative environment & culturennStability and growthnnJob SummarynnOn the Human Resources team, you may:nnLearn about the many aspects of the companynnPartner with Human Resource leaders on a variety of activities and projectsnnCreate and Edit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentsnnCreate Process MapsnnCentralize key documentsnnEducation Qualifications:nnCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025- July 2026nnMust be returning to the course of study following completion of the internshipnnPursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field of studynnRequirements:nnParticipation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the programnnMust be authorized to work in the US without restriction (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future)nnThis is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 21, 2025 and ending on August 13th, 2025nnTechnical Skill Qualifications/Preferred:nnStrong PC Skills with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etcnnStrong analytical and problem solving skillsnnInterest and experience in social media, including content creation and video creation/editingnnProfessional Skill Qualifications/Preferred:nnExcellent communication and teamwork skillsnnGreat attention to detailnnDemonstrated leadership experiencennAbility to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiositynnAbility to work independently and as a collaborative team membernnAbility to learn and comply with company policies and proceduresnnGreat customer service skills with ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationnnCategory: Other DesignationsnnIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
