Job Description Job Responsibilities: Margin Reporting & Analysis
- Perform pricing estimations for all accounts and support the local estimating teams regionally
- Perform costing analysis and guidance for all sites
- Support profitability analysis for the business unit. Create, manage, and distribute regular profitability reports.
- Support and drive key profitability improvement initiatives
- Support and manage working capital reduction efforts
- Manage monthly sales report
- Support in sales forecast and budget
- Recommends and gain consensus with key stakeholders
- Manages prioritization to ensure timely completion to ensure customer needs are met for your projects and associate's projects
- Operate in an interactive mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity
- Conduct price and cost analysis by market, customer, and competition to help support sales strategy
- Manage cost savings projects
- Any and all other duties/projects as may be assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree and 5 plus years of analytical or pricing experience, with 4 to 6 years of relevant business experience
- Highly motivated, career oriented, fast learner
- Ability to work independently, handle heavy workload and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable in analytical modeling
- Flexibility required for a fast paced environment
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills is a must, CAD preferred
- Finance understanding and experience (P&L, balance sheet, added value, gross margin, variable cost, fix cost, etc)
- Intellectually curious and exited to explore new strategies, products, and markets
- Analytical Thinking - ability to identify trends and mine multiple data sources for information impacting business performance
- Initiative - identifies what needs to be done and doing it before being asked to or required by the situation
- Customer Orientation - demonstrates concern for satisfying both external and internal customers
- Attention to Communication - ensuring that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed; both oral and written communication is clear and concise
