Officina (oh · fee · she · nah), or “workshop,” is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria. Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality service 

Preferred Qualifications

• Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certification or higher 
• Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS system(s)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist the entire front of the house team with all aspects of service 
• Work closely with the beverage director 
• Recommending and navigating an extensive wine list with over 150 Italian and French selections 
• Assisting with monthly inventory
• Assisting with daily ordering, restocking, and organizing wine cellar
• Promoting and executing monthly wine dinners and educational events for the public 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods 
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs occasionally
• All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
