Subcontract Closeout and Compliance Support LocationnnUS-CO-GoldennnJob ID 2024-10936 OverviewnnAdvanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a remote Subcontract CLoseout and Compliance Support Specialist to support our team at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado.nnEssential Functions and Job ResponsibilitiesnnJob Description Summary: The Close-Out Specialist is for Subcontract closeout and will be assigned to NREL's Acquisition Services Group support manager and generally will be expected to work with the Subcontract Administrators and Buyers within Acquisitions Services to gather appropriate documentation and information required to close expired Fixed Price and Labor Hour Type subcontracts. This is a junior resource which will be responsible for documenting closeout action, performing closeout activities within Oracle EBS, flagging subcontracts for archiving/destruction, and other related duties as assigned. This resource will work closely with NREL's Closeout Program Administrator, may support closeout audit requests, and update closeout records/spreadsheets as appropriate. This is high volume low complexity work with the expectation that this resource close 25-50 subcontracts per week once fully trained (1000 agreements are required to be closed-out).nnThe Compliance Specialist is for Subcontract compliance and will be assigned to NREL's Acquisition Support Group PPC manager and generally will be expected to work with the Subcontract Administrators and Buyers within Acquisitions Services to gather information on compliance requirements, answers questions regarding compliance questions, help support the preparation for the PERT, help support policy/procedure rewrites and work the customer help desk as needed. Duties Shall Generally Include: Closeout Support 1. Closeout the backlog of subcontracts for the acquisition services group. 2. Track and report out the number of subcontracts completed weekly. 3. Document the closeout files as needed for the closeout to be completed.nnCompliance Support 1. Help answer internal questions on policy/procedures. 2. Help preparation for PERT. 3. Help with the PPC mailbox and customer help desk. 4.
