Become a maker of possible with us.nnJob Responsibilities:nnAssure a good level of knowledge spread among the Supply Chain department on Factory Flow and Continuous Improvement toolsnnProject Management and problem solving activities in operational area, location, human factors, environmental factors, facility and process flownnTime study knowledge (included 3M and Golden Zone knowledge)nnEstablish the routes and frequencies for supplying the production lines with mizu-sumashinnSupermarket implementationnnCall off systems knowledge and implementation in shopfloor and warehouse (Kanban calculation)nnAssure Visual Management in every logistic area (5S)nnDevelop guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.nnDevelop handbook to train the operators on continuous improvement activities and standardsnnGood Knowledge of all SAP proceduresnnRequirementsnnEducation & Experience:nnBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Logistics.nn3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Logistics (preferably in both industries).nnContinuous improvement and lean expertise experiencennHigh Volume manufacturing industry experience preferrednnKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:nnEH&S and Safety including understanding of the 8 wastennLogistics and Planning KnowledgennCoaching - influence without authoritynnSafety Management & ProceduresnnEffective Oral and Written CommunicationnnQuality System KnowledgennBasic Computer SkillsnnWork Environment:nnBD is a smoke-free campus. Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices, marijuana, or tobacco products are not allowed on BD property, grounds or in the parking areas.
