AAR constantly searches for the right thing to do for its customers, employees, partners and for society.nnThe Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, an AAR business, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, provides global, world-class expeditionary and conventional aviation solutions to the US Department of State Air Wing.nnRole Description:nnPerforms a wide variety of administrative and technical assignments to include extract and analyze data, update accounts, prepare letters, memos and reports, and make recommendations to improve business processes within functional department. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and or quality of service within the functional area.nnKey Responsibilities:nnMaintains reports and performs administrative and technical duties that require knowledge of the department, facility, and the company along with current policies, practices and procedures.nnPerforms diversified duties including reports preparation, data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation reports, and business and process documentation.nnAdvises extraordinary or problematic cases to site manager and presents recommended resolutions.nnPossesses thorough knowledge of site and Company policies and procedures.nnPerforms individual assignments as site manager deems necessary, ensure adequate, continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality.nnUses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and or format data and or reports.nn#LI-MZ1nnQualifications:nnAssociates degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school, in lieu of an Associates degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.nnMinimum 3 years of logistics experience.nn5-10% local travel.nnMilitary staff experience is preferred.nnHigh level of Excel expertise is preferred.nnPosition requires the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.nnCompensation and Benefits:nnSalaried Position.nn9/80 Work Schedule.nnComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.nn401(k) retirement plan with company match.nnGenerous paid time off program.nnProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesnnAAR is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
