The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve measurable results. This position blends data-driven performance marketing with creative content initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and optimize campaign success across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities Campaign Development & Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI). Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator, SEO Vendor, and others on the marketing team to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital channels. Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and meet marketing KPIs. Market Research & Trends: Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities and gaps to refine and enhance marketing strategies. Work closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency. Collaborate with vendors to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals. Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative techniques to improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like but not limited to Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics. Experience/Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Facebook ads, email marketing, and social media advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
