Facilities (Construction) Project Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN What will you be doing? Manage facility infrastructure to ensure reliability and redundancies to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive lifecycle master plans to manage the capacity and capital replacement requirements. Manage, coordinate, and communicate planned and unplanned utility outages. Provide mechanical/electrical/civil/reliability engineering support focusing on high/low voltage electrical systems, HVAC systems, asset management systems, and building systems. Lead capital project management activities requiring more than minimal engineering. Consult/advise facilities management organizations on buildings and grounds, and general building code consulting to accepted engineering standards. Responsible for the technical aspects of the maintenance program (standards, set points, ranges) and to identify operational critical equipment to establish maintenance strategies using predictive and preventive techniques. Provide project management functions for assigned projects including design, planning, and work scope development. Provide periodic project updates/reporting to key stakeholders. Develop, maintain and implement construction project commissioning standards. Bidding and contracting. CER development and construction management. External utilities/agencies point of contact. Maintain technical documentation for Facility Management Department as assigned. Own preventive maintenance program/strategy updating and/or modifying as required. Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure compliance with all regulations. What do we look for? 2 years of experience managing construction/facilities projects including project design, implementation and reporting to key stakeholders. Demonstrated successful management of multiple concurrent projects. BS degree in engineering related field; experience may be substituted for education. College or trade school courses in HVAC, mechanical operation, sheet metal work, plumbing or electrical trades. Expert knowledge and skills in all building systems, reading schematics and blueprints, record keeping, math and other areas as specified. May be required to hold state or federal licenses to operate HVAC or associated equipment. Knowledge of federal, state and community regulations regarding construction. What do we offer?
