We believe your leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills align perfectly with the fast-paced and high-impact environment of the staffing industry. We recognize the unique skills veterans bring to the civilian workforce, and we are committed to providing you with the training and support necessary to thrive in a rewarding career within the staffing industry.

  1. Source & Place Top Talent: Consistently identify, screen, and place highly qualified engineering candidates to meet or exceed monthly recruitment goals.
  2. Build Strong Candidate Relationships: Foster trust and build long-term relationships with candidates, leading to a candidate satisfaction score of 95% or higher.
  3. Effective Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to assess client needs and successfully place candidates on projects.
  4. Promote to Outside Sales: Top performers will have the opportunity for promotion into outside sales roles within 6–9 months based on performance and results, including meeting placement and client satisfaction goals.

Preferred Knowledge & Skill:

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following:

  1. Military Experience: We strongly prefer candidates with military experience, as the skills gained through service - such as discipline, leadership, and adaptability - are essential to success in this role.
  2. Drive & Resilience: You have a strong competitive nature and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  3. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: A competitive drive with a desire to exceed targets and grow your career.
  4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at building relationships and can effectively engage with candidates and clients at all levels.
  5. Learning & Adaptability: You are eager to learn the intricacies of the engineering staffing industry, adapting quickly to new challenges and evolving client needs.
  6. Collaboration: You are a team player, working closely with sales and recruiting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring successful placements while maintaining attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Clients: Partner with sales to consult customers on best practices in engineering staffing and solutions.
