Role
We're looking for a smart, high-slope customer success leader to build an A+ team, organize our operations, and systematize solutions so we don't make the same mistakes twice. This is a full-time role based in either NYC or San Francisco. You will report to our CEO and work closely with our VP of Sales to ensure the successful implementation of both our (a) core math platform used by hundreds of thousands of students across the U.S., and (b) new MTSS and absenteeism solution that aims to reduce chronic absenteeism by 20-50% within one year.
