Job Summary:
As the University Recruitment Manager , you will play a key role in shaping our future workforce by leading the recruitment efforts from top universities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campus recruitment programs that align with Coforge’s talent acquisition goals. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of university partnerships across Business Schools and Engineering Schools , excellent program management skills, and experience engaging with students from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Campus Recruitment Strategy : Design and implement a robust campus recruitment strategy for sourcing talent from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges/universities across the United States.
• Execution and Program Management : Execute the full lifecycle of campus hiring programs focusing on hiring B School Graduates, Engineering Graduates
• Fulfilment responsibilities : Execute the responsibilities of overall recruitment end-to-end and onboarding of the identified talents
• Manage University Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at targeted institutions to create a pipeline of top candidates.
• Plan and Coordinate Campus Events : Lead on-campus and virtual recruitment events, career fairs, workshops, and presentations to engage students and promote Coforge as an employer of choice.
• Candidate Engagement : Create and execute strategies to build a strong candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from recruitment through onboarding.
• Diversity and Inclusion : Develop recruitment strategies that align with Coforge’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in campus hiring.
• Metrics and Reporting : Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campus hiring initiatives, adapting strategies based on data insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic recommendations for meeting hiring targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : 8-15 years of experience in campus recruitment, with a strong track record in program management and large-scale recruitment from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges/universities.
• Relationship Building : Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with academic institutions and manage recruitment partnerships effectively.
• Program Management : Skilled in managing complex recruitment programs, from planning and execution to reporting and continuous improvement.
• Event Planning : Experience organizing and coordinating campus recruitment events, both in-person and virtual.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Data-driven Mindset : Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Passion for Talent Acquisition : Demonstrated enthusiasm for campus recruitment and a commitment to attracting and developing top early-career talent.
• Adaptability : Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment cycles and competing priorities.
