Architecture firm in Manhattan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working within architecture or engineering, ideally in a marketing role or similar. Prior experience in architecture, design, construction, engineering or like industries highly preferred.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Salary: 65K - 80K, depending on experience

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Research information to support proposal creation and strategy
• Create and maintain compelling marketing materials (presentations, digital files, print branding etc.)
• Participate in marketing and business development meetings
• Utilize project management skills to oversee marketing, creative and business development pipelines
• Maintain marketing files and databases
• Track submittals and ensure deadlines are met
• Work closely with design and marketing team members on initiatives and special projects

Requirements:

• BA degree in Marketing, Architecture or related field
• 3 years+ of experience in marketing preferably within the AEC fields
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple efforts, establish timelines, and prioritize deadlines
• Ability to collaborate in a deadline-driven team environment
• Quick learner of new systems and proficiency using InDesign and Photoshop
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
