Salary Range: $100K to $120K

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Aurora, CO facility. This role provides leadership for QA operations, ensuring customer, company, and regulatory standards are met. The manager will oversee the implementation of quality management systems such as SQF, HACCP, and GMP, maintaining high standards for product safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and enforce quality assurance policies for the facility.
• Lead QA staff, including environmental program coordination.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, document control, process control, and training systems.
• Support product development and quality optimization.
• Mentor and train QA team members.
• Investigate and resolve consumer and customer complaints.
• Ensure product compliance, accurate labeling, and traceability for recalls.
• Propose and execute improvements for the Quality Management System.
• Plan and conduct audits, analyze results, and address deficiencies.
• Foster a food safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• MS/BS degree in food science, microbiology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.
• 5+ years in QA management, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Expertise in HACCP, GFSI, SPC, AIB, and quality assurance strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficient in various computer programs.
• Reliable transportation.
• PCQI Certification required; SQF Practitioner preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
