About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us visually communicate our brand’s story. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from digital and print advertising to document production and design. Your designs will play a key role in engaging our audience, promoting our company culture, and strengthening our brand presence. Your role will also coordinate and design proposal statement responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proposal Creation: Create and coordinate proposal responses to client RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Design Creation : Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for a range of materials, including but not limited to proposals, digital ads, brochures, banners, and internal documents.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, contributing to a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, people operations, and other internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and timelines.
- Innovation : Stay up-to-date on design trends and tools to continually bring fresh ideas and improvements to projects.
- Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries preferred but not required.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are required; other programs are a bonus) and proactive in staying up to date on skills and trends.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums, including multi-page documents or proposals.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar) and digital effects (After Effects) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
