Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to provide strategic support and manage a wide range of HR functions to enhance our organization’s workforce capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to management in various HR domains, including Employee Relations, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Benefits Administration.
- Act as a liaison for HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce consistency in HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Proactively monitor and interpret changes in legislation, implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance.
- Direct and evaluate HR operations to ensure performance, quality control, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR processes.
- Implement performance improvement strategies to align individual contributions with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the administration of employee health and benefit programs, ensuring effective communication and seamless operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Proven experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
