We are a rapidly growing organization in the Parsippany, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Logistics Manager to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing transportation of product inbound and out bound both domestically and Internationally

Analyzing and optimizing logistical processes and procedures

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments both inbound and out bound

Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and performance of logistics partners

Addressing and resolving shipment transportation issues

Liaising and negotiating with transportation suppliers

Answer customer queries both internal and external

Ensuring compliance with both domestic and international shipping regulations

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Admin. in Logistics or related fields -preferred

5+ years’ experience in Logistics Management required

Working knowledge of Legal Regulations both Domestically and Internationally (Import and Export experience)-required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Logistics software

Good management, organizational, problem solving and communication
