The individual will be supporting the execution team, with primary responsibilities, including:

• Support in the preparation of loan solicitation materials, including property overviews, transaction strengths and weaknesses, property analytics, and property market information
• Support in the negotiation of financing terms and loan documentation
• Assist in the execution and closing of transactions
• Market monitoring/research to support the investment teams by providing real-time information about real estate capital markets, including credit terms, pricing comparables, and debt capital market trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least one to three (1-3) years of relevant real estate experience
• Previous experience in real estate mortgage credit and an understanding of capital structures is favored
