We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Asst. Supervisor at our Fort Myers, Florida location. In this leadership role, you will be a key part of our best-in-class Amazon FBA operation, providing a variety of tasks alongside our Warehouse Manager under the direction of our COO.
Our company supports e-commerce retail stores on behalf of our clients by facilitating the Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) process. We place large wholesale orders through our network of distributors, receive bulk shipments of products at our warehouse, process those shipments by inspecting, cataloging, and repackaging the inventory pursuant to FBA specifications, and then coordinate with carriers to deliver those products to Amazon’s nearby fulfillment centers so they can be sold through our clients’ stores.
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, energetic, and dedicated employee to join our growing warehouse team! In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with managing warehouse staff and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, thereby ensuring consistent and timely workflow.
- Receive products and merchandise to the warehouse, unload items from trucks, offload items from pallets, and sort/place items on shelves or racks as instructed.
- Process outgoing orders and shipment requests, prepare merchandise for fulfillment and delivery, and prepare packages for accurate and secure shipping according to established procedures.
- Help ensure complete accuracy of warehouse inventory at all times by counting and recording shipments as they are delivered, as well as inspecting products for defects/damage.
- Receive and collect product returns, load them into vans/trucks, and assist with return delivery of items to local supplier locations.
- Assist with online record keeping, logging, data entry, and paperwork pertaining to inventory, including shipping confirmations, purchase orders, delivery check-ins, order check-offs, and UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL tracking.
- Print and apply product labels and bar codes where applicable, and scan shipping labels to ensure products are sent to the correct destination.
- Identify and document any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the Warehouse Manager.
- Inspect equipment to assure safety and maintain good working order.
- Master and utilize company systems and third-party software to accurately process and track inventory.
- Help keep the warehouse space clean, safe, and organized.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene policies.
- Foster open collaboration, effective collaboration, and operational understanding across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- You must be authorized and eligible to legally work in the State of Florida as a full-time, W-2 employee.
- You must have reliable transportation to/from the warehouse location.
- You must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including: frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling boxes and packages that may weigh up to 50-60 lbs; continuously standing for long periods of time (multiple hours); bending at the waist, stooping over, kneeling down, and lifting both arms over your head.
- You must be able to work shifts of at least eight (8) hours in a single day.
- You must be willing and able to occasionally work overtime if & when required (to be compensated at 1.5x pay rate in accordance with FLSA regulations).
- You must be able to effectively and coherently communicate in English, including understanding written labels and instructions and posting written updates through our process management software platform(s).
- You must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting key deadlines.
- You must perform your tasks in an accurate and timely fashion while maintain a positive attitude and contributing positively to our collegial work environment.

Preferred (Additional) Skills & Qualifications :
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Current/active forklift certification, or the ability to renew a prior certification.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Experience working for Amazon and/or an e-commerce automation (or retail arbitrage) company.
- Possessing strong leadership traits, showing initiative, and applying problem-solving skills.
Schedule :
· Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern
