Where you fit in
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer II to bring our digital projects to life with strong design execution and brand adherence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting and maintaining cohesive, compelling design concepts that engage our audience across multiple platforms. Responsibilities will range from 3D animation creation, typography, and branding to collaborating on wireframes and ensuring consistent design standards across media.
Responsibilities
- 3D animation creation and rendering
- Typography creation and brand adherence
- Create LoFi and HiFi wireframes in Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts to the client or project leads and contributors – ensure the interface aligns with the branding guidelines
- Optimize campaign materials for social media platforms
- Create full branding style guides for the project
- Ensure all materials are in full accordance with brand guidelines and Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with other co-workers to reach similar levels of brand execution and guidelines
- Work closely with our copywriters
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, and print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Creating full design concepts from inception to execution
- Present full design and take feedback with clients and stakeholders
- Fully understand the process for all supported website platforms
- Adhere to file naming conventions and file formatting assigned by the leads
- Adhere to outlined submission process, including the correct use of file-naming conventions, formatting, templates, proper formatting, sizes, and accessibility requirements
- Maintain both Team's Site and Freemind Site folders and OneNote resources, process frameworks, checklists, templates, and other noteworthy items following the proposed structure and layout
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and templates, Outlook emails, and Word documents to a design agency level
- Ability to create full digital event production kits that include animated files and large-scale renderings
- Ability to create full marketing bill of materials
- Strong communication, storytelling, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Teams, Microsoft Office, PC
- Proficiency in the creation of user flow experience
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university or commensurate experience
- 2-4 years with Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- 2-4 years proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- 2-4 years of 3D animation skills
- 3-5 years using Figma creating full UX designs
- 3+ years of graphics design experience working with corporate clients in a marketing setting
- 2-4 years user experience with web design skills with an emphasis on accessibility and adhering to brand guidelines
