Title - IT Procurement Analyst
Location - Horsham, Pennsylvania
Workplace Type - Remote
Hours - Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (East Cost Hours)
Pay Rate- $105 - $109/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
- Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Wireless Infrastructure Support:
- Leverage expertise in Cisco Wireless infrastructure architecture and design, including experience with 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
- Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA) to maintain and optimize wireless infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Cisco Spaces to enhance wireless network efficiency.
Network Design and Surveys:
- Conduct wireless network design and surveys using Ekahau, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
- Analyze survey results and provide actionable recommendations for network improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed procurement records, reports, and dashboards.
- Track and analyze wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and project management, to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights into procurement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Cisco wireless infrastructure architecture and design, with hands-on experience in 5500 and 9800 Wireless Controllers.
- Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Spaces.
- Advanced proficiency in Ekahau Wireless Design and Surveys.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes within an IT infrastructure environment.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, adhering to East Coast business hours.
