Prominent law firm with a national practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for their growing Detroit MI office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: General liability, personal injury, premises liability, civil defense, auto, transportation/trucking, catastrophic injury, wrongful death.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Michigan
• 5+ years litigation experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
