Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience with experience in ANY of the following desired: Transportation, Trucking, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Auto, Personal Injury, General Liability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Pre-trial and/or trial experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in PA

Base Compensation Range 120k-170k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits
