Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Hudson, OH (Hybrid: 4:1 or 3:2)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team and help drive the development and administration of compensation programs. Reporting directly to Andy, this role will focus on conducting market reviews, grading positions, setting pay bands, and advising on incentive plans. The successful candidate will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support organizational growth and maintain competitive compensation structures.
This role includes mentoring responsibilities but does not involve direct management.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, grade, and analyze positions to establish pay grades and bands using market data.
- Conduct market reviews and ensure competitiveness through tools like Payscale and Workday (preferred but not required).
- Develop and support incentive plans, including merit and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related projects, providing expert recommendations on job evaluation, pay equity, and organizational changes.
- Lead large compensation initiatives and mentor less experienced team members.
- Create and maintain compensation programs, dashboards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to analyze costs and prepare detailed reports for executive management.
- Assist in executive, managerial, and employee communication regarding incentive plans and compensation processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in compensation administration.
- Familiarity with compensation tools such as Workday or Payscale (preferred).
- Experience in developing and maintaining incentive plans is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
