About the Position:

We are working with a Midwest-based national law firm that is seeking a corporate M&A lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents private and public companies in complex corporate transactions and regularly handles multimillion- and multibillion-dollar deals.

· Represent public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, in corporate transactions

· Handle divestitures, strategic joint ventures, entity formation, financing and restructuring matters

Required Qualifications:

· 3 or more years of corporate M&A experience

· Experience with joint ventures, entity formation, governance, divestitures, financing and restructuring
