A well known leader in the Furniture Manufacturing industry is seeking a Director of Automation in the Winchester, Virginia area.

Candidates Must Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• At least 15 years of experience with automation operations in manufacturing settings.

• Demonstrated experience leading multiple sites from a corporate position.

• Knowledge of up-and-coming manufacturing automation technologies.

• Experience leading automation strategies, including identifying gaps where current automation can be improved, conducting feasibility studies on new automation technology, and lead teams in developing and implementing technology.
