JCW Search is partnering with a bank who is looking to bring on a new Compliance Officer to their team. This position will be responsible for leading the banks CRA and Fair Lending function.

Role Responsibilities

• Developing and improving the CRA Compliance program for the Bank
• Act as the organizations SME relating to Consumer Regulations such as CRA, UDAAP, Fair Lending, TILA, among others.
• Advising key stakeholders on matters relating to regulatory changes with relevant regulators in the Commercial Banking space (Mainly FDIC).

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within Banking Compliance.
• CRCM certification preferred.
• Undergraduate degree.
