We are seeking a Data Analyst that will be responsible for the design, development, production, and presentation of ad-hoc analyses and standing (daily, weekly, monthly, holiday) reports that are necessary to run the company’s florist channel operations. Additionally, through a partnership with the Florist Relations Management team, the Analyst will be responsible for devising strategies necessary to support fulfillment initiatives across the florist network while maintaining a keen focus on how these initiatives can impact Fulfillment Capacity, Order Distribution, Florist Performance, Product Performance, Hard good Penetration, Florist Payouts, Consumer Credits and much more.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas of opportunities, including development of new KPIs, reports, dashboards, processes, and procedures
- Understand the various data sources and identify and resolve discrepancies
- Identify key operational and performance metrics to measure business performance and drive change/improvement within the fulfillment network
- Assists with maintaining reporting database (SAS/Snowflake) and platform (Tableau) ensuring reports are developed and distributed on time. Troubleshoot data management issues related to reporting, as needed
- Ensure data integrity and data accuracy, in all areas of the reporting/analytics
- Support the creation, analyze, and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews as well as ad-hoc analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following quantitative fields: Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst presenting analyses and finds to key stakeholders
- High degree of analytical, mathematical, and empirical problem-solving skills
- Skilled in data management, analytics, data mining, reporting and visualization

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
