Supply Chain Manager, eCommerce


The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll ensure our four eCommerce brands’ customers receive their orders on time and our supply chain stays on budget.


Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT: Manage all eCommerce and wholesale deliveries within the promised delivery window. You’ll work with modern software, plus a network of warehouses and delivery partners to deliver thousands of weekly orders.
  • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Properly stock our warehouses with inventory from our international manufacturing partners. You’ll work with the COO to match the expected demand, placing purchase orders and managing inbound inventory shipments. 
  • SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: You’ll manage 10+ key supplier relationships, tracking their performance, addressing partnership concerns and ensuring they’re keeping their promises. 
  • ANALYTICS: Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to track our suppliers and product performance. You’ll use data to identify pain points and suggest supply chain improvements. 
  • NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Work the product manager and marketing team to nail the logistics as we launch new products and new brands. 


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in supply chain or eCommerce fulfillment operations, ideally as a manager.
  • Experience managing order fulfillment and warehouse management software. 
  • Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week. 


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual compensation range $75,000 - $90,000, plus opportunity for performance bonus.
