This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

As a Construction Quality & Safety Manager , you will ensure safety and quality standards exceed expectations across all projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular jobsite safety audits and inspections.
• Leading safety training and orientation for field and office staff.
• Managing compliance with OSHA standards and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Compiling quality and safety reports for leadership.
• Performing quality inspections on new properties and managing trade partner evaluations.
  

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction quality and safety.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, AED, First Aid.
• Proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 75%.
