This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
About the Role
As a Construction Quality & Safety Manager , you will ensure safety and quality standards exceed expectations across all projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular jobsite safety audits and inspections.
- Leading safety training and orientation for field and office staff.
- Managing compliance with OSHA standards and CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Compiling quality and safety reports for leadership.
- Performing quality inspections on new properties and managing trade partner evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction quality and safety.
- Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, AED, First Aid.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally up to 75%.
