Office Assistant Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of office and/or leasing experience is highly preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge: LIHTC Tax Credit or HUD experience is preferred but not required. Yardi experience is strongly preferred.
- Professionalism: Must be professional, assertive, and detail-oriented.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and handle varied tasks efficiently.
Office Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Duties: Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
- Application Processing: Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
- Lease Management: Assist in lease preparation and renewals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and property policies.
- Applicant Follow-up: Follow up with applicants and maintain thorough documentation.
- Customer Service: Respond to leasing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing and advertising available units.
