We are looking for an energetic and responsible administrative to join our team. We are an industrial machine shop seeking someone with a manufacturing background.
Candidates should have at least FIVE years of office experience and be able to use Microsoft programs including Outlook. This position will include supporting our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. Excellent telephone etiquette is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations and maintain quote log
- Order material and tooling as communicated, maintain history
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable
- Conduct Contract Review
- Generate Shipping Documents
- Maintain document control for ISO9001 system
- Conduct Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Operations
- Process Payroll
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Customer Service & Administrative Experience: 3 Years
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience with MRP system - We do not use QuickBooks
