The Manufacturing Technology Manager will oversee the management of equipment, facility maintenance, capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and manufacturing engineering, while leading continuous improvement initiatives for the primary manufacturing site. This role focuses on optimizing equipment performance and facility operations, using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. The position requires a strategic approach to Lean Manufacturing, driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and process engineering, while providing exceptional internal customer service to production teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on equipment maintenance, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience managing CapEx projects and driving Lean Manufacturing transformations is essential.
Skills: Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, and preventive maintenance best practices. Proven leadership in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee large capital projects and process improvement efforts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement through technical and managerial strategies
