As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You'll oversee a team of technicians, troubleshoot complex equipment, and implement innovative solutions to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain GMP compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and implement solutions to optimize plant operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades (preferred)
• Vocational training may substitute for some experience
• Strong technical skills, including electrical, mechanical, welding, plumbing, and HVAC
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
