Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous product design improvement projects
• Assist in engineering and manufacturing process enhancements
• Create and maintain BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping schematics
• Design, manufacture, and test custom chiller systems
• Source and qualify components for new designs
• Document assembly specifications and transition processes from engineering to production
• Provide engineering support for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor
• Develop and document quality improvement processes
• Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions
• Analyze and report on product and component quality defects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background)
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems is preferred
