This role will be an in-person position, working closely with several attorneys at our firm.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Investigator with experience or a strong interest in mesothelioma cases. This is an exciting opportunity to support our litigation team and contribute to high-impact cases within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations related to mesothelioma cases.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, witness statements, and physical evidence.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings for attorneys.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Perform background checks and locate witnesses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigative activities.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
• Ensure all investigative activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal investigator or in a related investigative role.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using investigative tools and databases.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
