Job Summary:

The Architectural Designer will work closely with our design team to create schematic designs, develop construction document sets, and coordinate with expeditors and building departments. This role involves both office-based work and site visits for measurements and project supervision. Our ideal candidate is motivated, organized, responsible, and proficient in the use of architectural design software.

Responsibilities:

1.     Propose schematic designs for alteration projects.

2.     Develop construction document sets for Alt-2 & 3 projects; coordinate with expeditors to submit applications to building departments.

3.     Conduct site measurements and site visits as required.

4.     Collaborate with the team on various architectural projects.

5.     Maintain organized project documentation.

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

2.     3+ years of experience in an architect’s office.

3.     Experience developing a full set of construction documents with AutoCad.

4.     Highly motivated, organized, and responsible individual.

5.     Proficiency in 3D design software, including Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, etc. is preferred.

6.     Strong verbal and communication skills are preferred.
