Art Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25-29.75/hr

Location: Tampa - work on site Tue, Wed + Thur. WFH Mon + Fri

40 hours/week

Duration: ~3-6 months


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art Coordinator with a strong background in art and exceptional Excel skills. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital art files, managing data, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare art for licensing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. To succeed in this role, you must be very well-organized, not mind doing busy-work, good concentration and able to take direction and learn quickly. You will be trained on the job!


Please note, you will not be building files; think of it more like proofreading digital design!


Key Responsibilities:


Quality Control: Review and QC Illustrator files to ensure they meet company and licensing standards.


File Preparation: Prepare digital art files for the licensing stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.


Data Management:

Enter and maintain product codes and other relevant data.

Analyze data in Excel to support decision-making processes.

Ensure all data is accurate and up to date.


Reference Review: Examine logo reference pages to ensure proper usage and adherence to guidelines.


Collaboration: Work closely with art auditors to maintain consistency and quality across projects.


Organizational Excellence: Maintain an organized system for tracking files, data, and deadlines.


Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control and/or art file preparation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Illustrator

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with licensing processes.

Experience working with digital file management systems.
