Facility in Woodland, CA seeking long term FM locums coverage Rates: $175/hr Schedule/Duration :
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Assignment Duration: 6 months to 1 year.
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Interim primary care physician for Medicine patients.
- Provide care for acute visits and chronic care management.
- Must see adults and perform routine clinical procedures as per skill set.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patients per Day: .
- EMR: Cerner.
Support Staff :
- 1 assigned MA per provider for patient rooming.
- Additional LVN and RN support available.
Facility Details :
- 100% outpatient care.
- Team includes 11 physicians and 9 APPs.
Requirements :
- Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required.
- License: Active CA medical license Required.
- Malpractice: Clean history highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable prescribing controlled medications, supporting care for underserved populations, and facilitating care for LGBTQ+ and pro-choice patients.
