Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.nnREQUIREMENTS:nnMust have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists!nnNYS Licensed Occupational Therapistnn1-2 years of experience working with children birth–5 is preferred but not necessarynnMust be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism.nnPhysical Requirements:nnMust be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.nnThe ability to climb and descend staircasesnnThe ability to lift 10 pounds regularlynnThe ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periodsnnWAGE: Evaluations : $135 - 190nnThis job description is subject to change at any time.
