Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.nnRequirements:nnMust have a passion for working with children and families!nnNYS Licensed Occupational TherapistnnMust be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.nnFluency in a language other than English is a plus!nnPhysical Requirements:nnMust be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including but not limited to driving a personal vehicle, walking and/or the use of public transportation such as a bus or train.nnThe ability to ascend and descend staircases.nnThe ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.nnThe ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time.nnWage:nn• Evaluations: $130.00 - $250.00• Services: $60.00 - $70.00 per hournnThis job description is subject to change at any time.
