Requirements:

• One year experience minimum required.
• ACLS/BLS
• Nebraska RN License
• Nebraska CRNA/APRN License

General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
Knowledge and capability of managing age-specific needs of patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric required.
Capability in an Anesthesia Care Team approach required.
Proficient in general anesthesia, and I.V. sedation required.
Candidate can perform Spinals,Epidurals, Arterial Lines and Central Lines if proficient.
No OB. No Open Heart.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Computer competency to include working with patient information system required. Epic One Chart.
Omnicell Medication Systems
Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
Must be able to work in autonomously in an Anesthesia Care Team Model
8 and 12 hour shifts available.
Call is not required.
Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
Must be willing to float to all areas where anesthesia is delivered. GI Suites, Radiology, Out of Department areas when needed.
