• Candidates must have 1+ years of experience as a Debt Collector, preferably from the banking industry but open to others.
• Must be sharp and able to handle tough conversations and come up with solutions such as payment plans or dates of when the member can pay.
• Must have good work tenure
• Punctual, must be able to complete the first 5 weeks of training without absences.
• Open to learning and not be afraid to ask questions

Estimated Min Rate : $21.00
Estimated Max Rate : $22.00
