What Will Your Next Role Look Like?
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Visual Designer to join our dynamic team at Peliplat, an online community platform for film and television enthusiasts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our platform, ensuring that our user interface is not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and user-friendly. This role is crucial in enhancing user engagement and retention by creating a visually compelling and immersive experience for our global audience.

Responsibilities
- Visual & UI Design. Create and refine platform visuals (UI elements, icons, graphics) aligned with brand identity and user needs. By ensuring a consistent visual language and seamless user experience.
- UX Design. Conduct user research and usability testing and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Brand Consistency. Maintain adherence to brand guidelines in all visual elements.
- Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Data-Driven Design. Use analytics and feedback to optimize designs.
- Documentation. Maintain style guides and design libraries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer).
- Strong communication, project management, and user-centric design skills.
- Creative mindset, innovative approach, and ability to stay updated with design trends.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate and present design concepts effectively.
- A strong user-centric approach to design, with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
