We are hiring for UI/UX Designer for one of my direct clients. Here I am sharing job description.

Title: UX Designer

Location: Redmond, WA

Must have 5+ years of real time experience

Summary:

The main function of a UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.

Must have:

1. Minimum 5+years experience with Writing.

2. Minimum 5+ years experience with Solid understanding of design system

3. Minimum 3+ years experience with Expert level in Figma

Job Responsibilities:

• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.

• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints

• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met

• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design

• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

Skills:

• Experience in software design and development

• Experience in professional UI development

• Experience with data-driven UI development

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• 5-7 years experience required

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
