Creative Niche is partnering with one of Canada's fastest growing Digital Marketing Agencies. We are looking for a Client Success Manager with Google Ads experience. This person will be the liaison between clients and their dedicated Google Ads team, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
As the CSM, you take the formal meaning of a client's business to another level. You will build strategic relationships with your clients, focused on maximizing their Google Ads results and enabling expansion. You will use your consultative approach and operational expertise to identify growth opportunities within the Google Ads platform, address any issues that arise, and guide clients towards achieving their revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, each leveraging Google Ads to achieve their business goals
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver tailored insights and guidance
- Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients to discuss performance of their Google Ads campaigns, address any challenges, and offer consultative guidance based on your expertise
- Collaborate with media buying teams to ensure Google Ads campaigns are interpreted and communicated effectively
- Monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels, focusing on performance and overall ROI
- Play a vital role in refining and upholding efficient systems, processes and procedures within the Client Success Department
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role within a digital marketing environment; previous agency experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge or previous experience working within Google Ads (campaign creation and optimization)
- Strong communication skills and proven capabilities consulting with clients
- Exceptional ability to identify and navigate challenges using both emotional intelligence and logical reasoning
- Ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and multiple projects at a time
