We are looking for an experienced Director of Product to lead a dynamic team of Product Managers in shaping the future of our client’s emerging products and services. This role is focused on driving the strategy and lifecycle management of innovative solutions designed to enhance financial solutions for businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic vision for a portfolio of emerging and enhanced financial solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and feature development to product launches and phase-outs, ensuring alignment with market demands.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborate across departments—including Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Technology—to deliver on product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify market opportunities and design solutions to address gaps or new customer needs, contributing to a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Oversee the introduction of new features, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize product success.
• Partner with sales teams to develop positioning strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans for product offerings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to ensure the portfolio’s long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in managing innovative product solutions, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Self starter with strong ability to gain buy in and build organizational cohesion to deliver exceptional products and results.
