Our Rapid Expansion over the years ,and most especially recently, has made it necessary for the Management of Bowen Windows to Acquire Additional Warehouses All Over the Provinces to Better Accommodate and Preserve Our Windows and Doors for transportation to our ever growing customer’s demand.
Hence the Need to Hire More Warehouse Associates to better Manage our several Facilities.
As One Of Our Warehouse Manager, you are expected to be in charge of all the Affairs of the Warehouses and Ensure the Perfect Conditions of Our Product , which are mainly Windows and Doors , at all Times.
Below is a short summary of your Role as Our Warehouse Manager :
1. You must Ensure all Visitors to the Warehouse Adhere to the Rules and Regulations governing the Facility.
2. You must Supervise all the Cleaning Staff whenever they are working at the Warehouse to ensure they don’t damage any of our Products and to also make sure the Warehouse is Clean at all times.
3. You must keep a Detail Record of all Incoming and Outgoing Windows or Doors in the Warehouse, and you must also supervise the Packing, Loading , Delivery and transportation as well.
4. Ensure you Check for Defects on any of Our Product Before or During Arrival and Report to the maintenance Unit if you find anything unusual.
5. Receive Complaint from our Customers whenever one is made , and Forward to the Appropriate Department.
6. Help in Preparing orders by Confirming and Signing Labels, and also Stacking Orders for Delivery.
7. Shortly after a purchase, You are expected to get in touch with customers from time to time to ensure they receive their order on time , and subsequently see if they have any complaints.
8. There is an Official Inventory Notebook at the Front Desk, Ensure you keep a Daily Catalog all activities .
