Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Quesnel, BC

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

Warehouse Manager Job Description We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient storage, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Key duties include overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, conducting regular inventory checks, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse processes for efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in warehouse management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and delegate tasks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Implement and improve operational procedures for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
