Based in Mississauga, and under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the Office Coordinator will support the team with the daily operations in Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email to internal and external customers.
- Manage the front of house efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain documents, digital files, emails.
- Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/team.
- Schedule timely pick-ups and delivery of wine samples.
- Assisting teams with wine orders and data entry.
- Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism.
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Organize the office layout, and oversee office equipment maintenance.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, building maintenance.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence with third party partners.
- Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team, as needed.
- Assist with event planning and execution, as needed.
- All other related administrative tasks.
Education & Experience
- Relevant experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in customer service.
